How does “Starting from” pricing work?
The “Starting from” price covers a clearly defined minimum scope. Final pricing depends on users, data volume, integrations, and process complexity. After a 20–30 min call, you receive a fixed quote + delivery timeline.
Do you work with Zoho One or standalone Zoho apps?
Both. If Zoho One makes sense operationally and financially, we use it. Otherwise, we implement only the Zoho apps you need.
What is included in “Zoho ONE Kickstart”?
Minimal Zoho ONE setup (user activation, roles/profiles, access rights, core settings) + basic configuration of one main Zoho app (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, etc.), plus 1 basic automation and one training session (60 min).
Can we do Zoho only (without Google Workspace)?
Yes. We can implement Zoho apps independently, and connect to Google later if needed.
Can we do Google only (without Zoho)?
Yes. If your priority is structure, permissions, security, and governance in Google Workspace, we can start there and add Zoho later when the foundation is stable.
What do you mean by “Raw data import”?
Raw import means we import your existing CSV/XLS files “as is”. Data cleaning, deduplication, normalization, transformations, or restructuring are not included (but can be quoted separately).
Is Zoho CRM + Zoho Books integration included?
Yes — when at least two Zoho ONE Kickstart packages are purchased (e.g. Zoho CRM + Zoho Books), standard integration between the apps is included at no extra cost. Advanced/custom integrations are quoted separately.
Is training included?
Yes. Each package includes one training session (60 minutes), focused on the configured setup and core use cases. Additional training sessions can be added.
How fast can we go live?
Many projects can deliver an MVP in 7–14 days once access is ready and scope is clear. Advanced projects may be delivered in phases depending on complexity and dependencies.
What do you need from us to start?
A short call + temporary admin access (or a guided screen-share) for Google Workspace and/or Zoho. Ideally: a point of contact, approximate user count, and a quick overview of your current process.
Do you migrate emails and Drive files?
We can. Packages include foundation work and light cleanup, but large migrations (many mailboxes, shared mailboxes, heavy Drive restructuring) are scoped and quoted separately.
Do you offer ongoing support after go-live?
Yes. You can purchase support hours or choose a monthly retainer with prioritized backlog, SLA expectations, and continuous improvement.
What’s typically NOT included in packages?
Heavy data cleansing, complex migrations, third-party integrations, custom development/APIs, and large redesigns outside the agreed scope. These can be added as optional work.
Do you sign NDAs and handle data securely?
Yes. NDA is available. We follow least-privilege access, keep changes documented, and can work with client-provided security requirements when needed.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes — recommended. Start with one end-to-end flow (lead → deal → quote/invoice → support), then expand with more apps and automation once the team is comfortable.
Do you work across the EU? Remote or onsite?
Remote-first across Europe. Onsite workshops may be possible depending on scope, location and scheduling.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. You receive clear deliverables: what was configured, what automations exist, and how to safely maintain or extend the setup.
Do you resell Zoho / Google licenses?
If you need it, yes — or we can work with your existing subscriptions. The core value is implementation, governance and automation, not forcing you into a licensing model.
